Things to remember:
All Athletes will be charged a Gymnastics Ontario insurance and registration fee of $31 plus HST. This fee is valid from July 1st until June 30 th each year. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
In all cases, fees are non-refundable if past the 10 day period in compliance with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If there is a medical reason, a credit minus any classes attended and a $25 cancellation fee will apply. This request must be accompanied by a medical certificate. Credit will be offered from the date that notice of withdrawal is given. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.

You can also register in person at our facility during office hours. Please print a Registration Form from our website to bring with you when you register, forms are also available at the office. Please make sure you read the waiver before you sign and date it.
Girls may wear a body suit or tight fitting tank with shorts. Hair must be pulled neatly and securely away from the face. Boys should wear sport clothing, track shorts and a t-shirt; nothing with buckles or zippers. All athletes are to have bare feet. Coats and other personal items should be left in change rooms. Make sure all items and shoes are labelled with their name. with their name. Many coats and boots look alike; please be certain the ones you leave with are yours. Please leave all jewellery at home. Parking is available in the south lot. There is additional parking available in the lot west of our facility. Please do not park anywhere but in the designated parking spots. Do not park along the curb or along the fence. It limits visibility and creates dangerous situations for the children and parents coming and going from our facility.
Upon arrival, please remove your footwear in the front lobby. Children must carry their shoes to the shoe racks in the hall way and parents are to leave shoes on the “parent shoe rack” in the lobby. To avoid congestion in the change room area, your child can arrive 10 – 15 minutes before his/her scheduled class time to wait on the bench inside the gym. Once your child is in the gym, you are free to go. All athletes must wait inside the facility until they have been picked up by a parent. Please pick up your child on time. During peak times the parking lot is crowded; please follow the direction of the one way signs coming into the facility and drive slowly and carefully. Many coats and boots look alike; please be certain the ones you leave with are yours.
Parents are not permitted in the gym unless participating in a Parent and Tot class. If you wish to stay, there is a parent waiting area located upstairs.
Be respectful and courteous of others, if you plan on reading; please leave the seating in front of the windows open for those who wish to view. All beverages must be in non-spill containers. Please help keep this area clean and tidy. Gemini has adopted the “boomerang” program. When you leave, please bring all garbage including diapers home with you. Please do not leave siblings unattended.
Make-up classes are only offered if it is a scheduled day off due to a holiday or competition. In cases of missed classes due to illness, vacation or any other reason, make-up classes are not offered.
Communication regarding cancellations and upcoming events is done by email. Please print your email clearly on the information form for effective communication.
The office may not be open every hour the gym is active. Please note our office hours posted on our website as well as at our facility.
